The Displaython is not a typical workplace competition; it's a celebration of the art of product display. This internal contest brings together employees within the company from merchandisers to sales associates. It was initiated with the vision to enhance the awareness of the huge brand we are working for during Independence Day celebrations.
It is a competition where all our store associates are asked to create a number of eye-catching and effective product displays for our clientele within their assigned retail stores. It not only fosters healthy competition among employees but also pushes them to think outside the box and tap into their creativity.
This year, it was the 3rd Season of Displaython and it resulted in massive outcomes for us and our clientele. It was the largest number of displays executed for a festival so far in India. More than 2,500 employees participated and executed more than 84,500 displays in 15 days.
